Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Supervisor / Manager based in Damansara. The Operations Supervisor / Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient workflow, develop and implement operational policies, manage staff, and maintain high productivity and quality standards. Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory, scheduling, and coordinating with different departments to meet company objectives.

Monitor inventory, schedule production, and coordinate with departments.

Qualifications

Operational management skills, including workflow optimization and policy development.

Inventory management and scheduling abilities.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Experience in the food production industry is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
