We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidate with a strong foundation in Accounting or Finance to join us in supporting our Australia-based operations. Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality Accounts Receivable support to ensure timely cash flow and enhance the customer experience. You'll play a key part in fostering customer retention and contributing to overall business success.

Your Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Invoice Management : Manage the entire invoice lifecycle, from generating and sending invoices to customers to accurately posting payments the invoice in the system.
• Discrepancy Resolution : Proactively investigate and swiftly resolve any billing discrepancies or customer disputes to maintain financial integrity and ensure accuracy.
• Timely & Compliant Collections : Timely submit the invoice to customer to avoid delay in receiving payment.
• Accurate Record Keeping : Maintain precise and organized records of all invoices, payments, and essential documentation.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships by reconciling, resolving issues, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Proactive Follow-up : Take initiative to follow up on with country to get all the supporting document related also to solve any invoice discrepancies.
• Effective Communication : Act as a key liaison, communicating seamlessly with customers and internal departments to resolve issues and provide account updates.

What You'll Bring

While 1-2 years of experience is valued , we are open to recent graduates with a relevant Finance or Accounting background.
