Job description

The RTR Manager will lead the RTR team within a Shared Service Centre, overseeing core accounting functions to ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is critical to upholding the financial integrity of operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsible for the three key pillars-GL, Intercompany, Fixed Assets-the RTR Manager will provide strategic leadership to drive process operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards, as well as regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and insights for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and responding to inquiries promptly.

Profile

The successful RTR Manager will have :

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for working with diverse teams.
