Coworking Community Associate – Sales & Marketing
We’re looking for a sales‑driven community associate who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and turning leads into long‑term members. This role covers both sales and marketing, with a primary focus on sales while collaborating on campaigns that help you reach your targets.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive new memberships (hot desks, private offices and event rentals).
- Conduct tours, presentations, and follow‑ups to close sales.
- Manage and convert outbound & inbound leads.
- Build corporate accounts and partnership pipelines.
- Track and report sales performance weekly with clear targets and forecasts.
- Ensure sales and marketing efforts stay aligned – from first impression to signed deal.
- Work with the marketing team / intern to create campaigns that drive leads.
- Contribute ideas for content, partnerships, and community events & promotions.
- Help produce member features, event recaps, and social engagement posts.
- Greet and engage with visitors and members daily.
- Assist with daily ops, check‑ins, onboarding, tours, and maintaining DOJO’s high guest experience standard.
- Support the marketing team during events or campaigns that attract potential members.
Ideal Candidate
Energetic, persuasive, and comfortable selling in person and online.Strong communicator with natural networking instincts.Experience in sales, coworking, hospitality, or customer service (1–3 years).Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Canva / social platforms.Team player – able to work with creatives, marketers, and operations.Why Join DOJO
