- Strategic Innovation & AI Workshops : Join monthly (or more frequent) team-wide sessions led by our CEO and CTO to explore the cutting edge of AI, workflow automation, and new technologies in engineering and product development.
- Hands-On Technical Training : Work directly with our CEO, CTO and engineering team to master AI-powered tools like Claude Code, Cursor and Figma Make to accelerate the design-to-code workflow.
- Build the Playbook : You will have the autonomy to experiment and establish the AI design processes that will define our company for years to come.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Translate Figma designs into production-ready UI components in React / Bootstrap via AI-assisted tools. Your focus will be on the visual and interactive layer, creating static components that our engineering team will then integrate into the application logic. This is not a full-stack development role.Design, test, and systematize user-facing prompts and interaction flows for our features, establishing best practices for prompt-based UX.Contribute to our design system from a code-first perspective, ensuring components are scalable, consistent, and easy for developers to implement.Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers throughout the entire product development cycle to prototype and ship features from concept to launch.Conduct usability testing and use data to inform both design decisions and interactions, ensuring solutions are effective and intuitive.Requirements (What you bring)
1+ years of experience in product design, UIUX development, or similar role where you have translated design concepts into tangible interfaces (professional or significant personal projects). We prioritize a strong growth mindset and a proactive attitude over years of experience.A portfolio demonstrating a strong user-centered design process and visual craft in Figma.A huge plus : Experience or a keen interest in translating your designs into code with React. Familiarity with Figma MCP or coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor is beneficial, but not required, we will teach you.You are : A highly organized self-starter, comfortable managing your own projects with the assistance of the Product Manager and communicating proactively in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment. You have a solid foundation in user-centered design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics.How we work (Tools & rituals)
Design & Ideation : We use Figma for initial brainstorming, wireframing, and maintaining our design system’s visual foundation.Code & Implementation : Our design process extends directly into the codebase. You will use tools like Figma MCP, Claude Code or Cursor to translate ideas into functional UI components in our React / Bootstrap front end.Collaboration & Delivery : We work in weekly sprints managed in Jira Software.
