Product Development Specialist

RESPONSIBILITY :

a Collaborate with R&D teams on herbal ingredients, their benefits, and potential interaction.

b Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to guide product development strategies.

c Develop and deliver presentations to sales representatives, explaining the benefits, uses, and technical aspects of herbal products.

d Provide training sessions to ensure the sales team is well-informed about the products and can effectively communicate their features to customers.

e Provide training sessions to customers to ensure effective communication of products to end users.

QUALIFICATIONS :

a Bachelor degree in fields such as Herbal Medicine, Life Science, Pharmacognosy, Biology, or relevant field is beneficial.

b Proven experience in the herbal medicine or natural health product industry, with familiarity in herbal formulations, benefits, and market trends.

c Ability to communicate effectively in Malay, English, and Mandarin.

d Strong communication and presentation skills.

e Public-speaking ability is an advantage.
