Job descriptionApproach and build good relationships with property agents, bankers, and developers to bring in conveyancing cases. -Meet potential clients or referrers and represent the firm in a professional manner. -Work mainly from the office, with regular travel required for meetings (travel allowance provided). -Be personally trained by our Managing Partner in legal marketing and sales techniques. -Learn basic legal knowledge relevant to property and loan documentation. -Track your own referrals and performance for incentive purposes. - Enjoy attractive commission for every successful file referred — the more you bring in, the more you earn. -Enjoy career growth opportunities — performing staff may be sponsored with a company car after confirmation. -Long-term staff (5 years and above) may be considered for car ownership transfer (subject to company’s discretion and performance).
