Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles (preferably in SMEs)
- Proficient in SQL, AutoCount , and Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, SST, and month-end closing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Able to liaise with vendors, government bodies (MPAJ, LHDN, etc.)
Responsibilities
Record and maintain daily accounting transactions (sales, payments, expenses, claims)Process supplier payments, staff claims, and petty cash disbursementsReconcile bank accounts, e-wallets, and company cash flowPrepare payment vouchers and assist with monthly financial reportingSupport month-end and year-end account closing with accuracyMaintain proper filing of financial and HR-related documentsAssist in HR matters such as onboarding, leave tracking, and admin supportHandle general office administrative tasks and supplies coordinationCommunicate with external parties for company matters (e.g., tax, licenses, renewals)Benefits
