With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Main Responsibilities and Work Tasks

• Assist the Chief Engineer in managing daily routines, including meetings, business trips, and field communications;
• Organize and arrange meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take meeting minutes.
• Responsible for receiving, organizing, archiving, and keeping various documents and files in the Engineering Office;
• Draft, print, copy, and distribute various technical documents and reports;
• Assist the Chief Engineer in internal and external communication with other departments, project teams, and external units.
• Assist in managing the technical document database to ensure timely archiving and updating of documents and drawings;
• Assist in organizing and coordinating technical training sessions, project reviews, quality analysis meetings, etc.;
• Responsible for the statistics and archiving of technical achievements, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.
• Assist the Chief Engineer in tracking and resolving technical issues in projects and report problems in a timely manner;
• Assist in analyzing project technical data and preparing technical proposals and reports;
• Assist in researching and piloting new technologies and processes, and compile pilot data into reports;
• Participate in the development and maintenance of technical standards, systems, and procedures;
• Assist in drafting project summaries, technical reports, and other relevant documents, and complete other tasks assigned by management.
