Job description1-3 years of external audit experience, preferably in a professional services firm A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Familiarity with HKFRS, IFRS, and HKSAs A professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, HKICPA) is a plus Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-border team This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work and occasional in-office collaboration, with opportunities to grow exposure in regional engagements. Attractive remuneration and commission. Annual performance bonus. Up to 18 days annual leave plus company holidays. Additional personal leaves (Study / Examination, Marriage, Paternity, etc.). Overview
This is a hybrid role based in Malaysia, supporting audit engagements for our Hong Kong SME clients.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting audit fieldwork in accordance with Hong Kong Standards on Auditing (HKSAs) and apply Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Plan and execute audit procedures, preparing audit documentation and working papers.
- Identify key audit findings, and support reporting processes.
- Work closely with our Hong Kong audit teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery while liaising with clients on audit-related matters.
