We're Hiring : Service Automation Engineer (CMDB / Control M)!

We are seeking an experienced Service Automation Engineer to manage and optimize our CMDB and Control M environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in service automation, database management, and workflow orchestration to enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Work Mode : Work From Office

Role : Service Automation Engineer (CMDB / Control M)

What You'll Do :

Design and implement CMDB automation solutions
Manage and optimize Control M job scheduling workflows
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Develop automation scripts and integration processes
Maintain configuration management databases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on service improvements

What We're Looking For :

6+ years of experience in service automation

Strong expertise in CMDB and Control M platforms

Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, PowerShell)

Experience with ITIL processes and service management

Knowledge of database management and SQL

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
