About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at KEDAI EMAS ARIFFIN SDN. BHD. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality gold and jewellery products to customers in the Kuantan Pahang area. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development within our growing company.

What you\'ll be doing

Manage, plan and execute sales and marketing events / campaigns (physical and virtual) effectively with the team lead.
Monitor the effectiveness of sales and marketing plans.
Brand, Public Relations and Communications.
Execute sales and marketing collaterals (e.g., counselling, sales, events and branding materials).
Create content for social media campaigns.
Ensure the website and all channels of communication have the latest information.
Attend to and advise customers regarding educational opportunities and options (via walk-ins, e-mail, digital enquiries).
Participate as a team member in all marketing activities held inside and outside of the institution.
Support all sales and marketing activities.

What we\'re looking for

One 1 year working experience

Minimum diploma holder from an accredited college or university in related fields of studies

Detail-oriented, creative and tech savvy

Good organisational, cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills

Team player, responsible and able to multitask

Ability to travel when required
