Job Responsibilities
- Head up test mold progress, perform test mold failure analysis and lead improvements to overcome new tooling issues before mass production.
- Establish and maintain technical documentation of new and existing products.
- Analyze, follow up, and troubleshoot new trial run or mass production product issues caused by technical settings.
- Improve production injection molding quality, cycle time, and efficiency through process parameters.
- Coordinate internal related matters for mold, production equipment maintenance, and repair.
- Supervise injection technicians to follow up on job progress and product quality. Assist QE engineer in the first article inspection submission.
- Accountable for the assignment and performance of subordinates.
- Handle injection technician daily job tasks and work schedules.
- Organize technical training and mentoring of relevant injection technical skills.
- Ensure completion of documentation, molding process parameters, and equipment condition checklists.
- Responsible for injection engineering 7s activity, ensuring a safe working environment and maintaining high standards.
- Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to superiors.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Academic Requirement :
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Age : 30 – 45 years
Office Hours : Monday - Friday
9.00am to 5.00pm
