The Warehouse Office Administrator is responsible for supporting daily administrative and clerical tasks within the warehouse. This role ensures smooth operations by managing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting the warehouse team with scheduling, reporting, and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all warehouse documentation (delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, CN / DN, stock records).
- Maintain accurate data entry in inventory and warehouse management systems.
- Support warehouse team with daily schedules, inbound / outbound records, and logistics coordination.
- Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely flow of goods and paperwork.
- Assist in preparing reports (stock movement, inventory status, claims, returns, overstock / damages).
- Track and file employee attendance, overtime, and shift schedules for warehouse staff.
- Monitor and order warehouse office supplies when required.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and audit requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the warehouse manager and supervisors.
Requirements
Diploma / Certificate in Business Admin, Logistics, or related field.Experience in warehouse admin is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcomeGood in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.Team player with good communication skills.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
