About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management
- Buildandmaintainstrong,long-termrelationshipswithKOLsandkeyaccounts.
- Identifyuniqueneeds,opportunities,andchallengesofkeycustomers.
- Developandimplementaccountstrategiestoenhancecustomersatisfactionandloyalty.
- Actasthe“entrepreneur”forassignedaccounts—translatingcompanyobjectivesintoactionableterritoryplans.
- Overseesalesplanning,forecasting,inventorymanagement,andon-groundstrategyexecution.
Business Development
Collaboratewithsalesandmarketingteamstoidentifynewbusinessopportunities.Developinnovativestrategiestopromoteproductsalignedwithcompanygoals.Achieveassignedsalestargetsandbusinessobjectives.Product & Market Expertise
Maintainin-depthknowledgeofcompanyproductsandtherapeuticareas.ProvideaccurateandtimelyproductinformationtoKOLsConductmarketanalysistoidentifygrowthopportunitiesandmonitorcompetitoractivities.MonitorindustrytrendsandmarketconditionsrelevanttoplasmaderivedmedicinalproductsNegotiation & Contract Management
Negotiateandrenewcontractsandagreementstoensuremutuallybeneficialoutcomeswithstakeholders.Manage(Tenders,LPO,LampiranQ),andcoordinationwithdistributorsandBumiagents.Collaboration & Compliance
Workcloselywithmarketing,medical,sales,andregulatoryteamsforseamlesscoordination.Ensureallactivitiescomplywithpharmaceuticalregulationsandcompanypolicies.Reporting & Insights
Prepareregularreportsonkeyaccountperformance,salesforecasts,andmarkettrends.Presentbusinessinsightsandstrategicbusinesssolutiontomanagement.Qualifications
Bachelor’sDegreein BiomedicalScience,LifeSciences,Biology,Pharmacy,Marketing, orrelatedfield.Minimum 5years’experience inpharmaceuticalsalesorkeyaccountmanagement(Private&GovernmentKeyHospitals)Experiencein Hematology,Oncology,orNeurology isanadvantage.Strongstrategicthinking,planning,andnegotiationskills.Proventrackrecordofmeetingorexceedingsalestargets.Entrepreneurialmindsetwithexcellentcommunicationandinterpersonalabilities.Familiaritywith tenderprocesses,LPO,andLampiranQ preferred.Knowledgeofpharmaceuticalindustrydynamicsandcompliancestandards.Willingtotraveloutstationasbusinessrequired#J-18808-Ljbffr
