About the Role

Weareseekingadynamicandresults-driven KeyAccountManager(KAM) toleadandgrowourbusiness.Thisroleisresponsiblefordevelopingstrongrelationshipswithkeyopinionleaders(KOLs),healthcareprofessionals,andstrategicaccountsinthetherapeuticarea.Theidealcandidatewillhavesolidexperienceinpharmaceuticalsalesandastrongentrepreneurialmindset.

Key Responsibilities

Key Account Management

  • Buildandmaintainstrong,long-termrelationshipswithKOLsandkeyaccounts.
  • Identifyuniqueneeds,opportunities,andchallengesofkeycustomers.
  • Developandimplementaccountstrategiestoenhancecustomersatisfactionandloyalty.
  • Actasthe“entrepreneur”forassignedaccounts—translatingcompanyobjectivesintoactionableterritoryplans.
  • Overseesalesplanning,forecasting,inventorymanagement,andon-groundstrategyexecution.

Business Development

  • Collaboratewithsalesandmarketingteamstoidentifynewbusinessopportunities.
  • Developinnovativestrategiestopromoteproductsalignedwithcompanygoals.
  • Achieveassignedsalestargetsandbusinessobjectives.
  • Product & Market Expertise

  • Maintainin-depthknowledgeofcompanyproductsandtherapeuticareas.
  • ProvideaccurateandtimelyproductinformationtoKOLs
  • Conductmarketanalysistoidentifygrowthopportunitiesandmonitorcompetitoractivities.
  • Monitorindustrytrendsandmarketconditionsrelevanttoplasmaderivedmedicinalproducts
  • Negotiation & Contract Management

  • Negotiateandrenewcontractsandagreementstoensuremutuallybeneficialoutcomeswithstakeholders.
  • Manage(Tenders,LPO,LampiranQ),andcoordinationwithdistributorsandBumiagents.
  • Collaboration & Compliance

  • Workcloselywithmarketing,medical,sales,andregulatoryteamsforseamlesscoordination.
  • Ensureallactivitiescomplywithpharmaceuticalregulationsandcompanypolicies.
  • Reporting & Insights

  • Prepareregularreportsonkeyaccountperformance,salesforecasts,andmarkettrends.
  • Presentbusinessinsightsandstrategicbusinesssolutiontomanagement.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’sDegreein BiomedicalScience,LifeSciences,Biology,Pharmacy,Marketing, orrelatedfield.
  • Minimum 5years’experience inpharmaceuticalsalesorkeyaccountmanagement(Private&GovernmentKeyHospitals)
  • Experiencein Hematology,Oncology,orNeurology isanadvantage.
  • Strongstrategicthinking,planning,andnegotiationskills.
  • Proventrackrecordofmeetingorexceedingsalestargets.
  • Entrepreneurialmindsetwithexcellentcommunicationandinterpersonalabilities.
  • Familiaritywith tenderprocesses,LPO,andLampiranQ preferred.
  • Knowledgeofpharmaceuticalindustrydynamicsandcompliancestandards.
  • Willingtotraveloutstationasbusinessrequired
