Position : IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to maintain and enhance our desktop computing environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of all end-user hardware, software, and network resources, providing high-quality technical support to our employees.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for desktop computing hardware and software (including computers, servers, telephones, video conferencing equipment, recording devices, IT monitoring systems, network infrastructure, and other peripheral hardware such as laptops, monitors, printers and scanners).
- Install, configure, upgrade, operate, maintain, and manage systems to ensure proper functioning of desktop environments to meet daily operational needs.
- Manage desktop application services, including Active Directory account and permission management, various PC access rights, and employee internet access permissions.
- Maintain and update systems such as OA (Office Automation), corporate email, software, and servers, including adding, deleting, and modifying user accounts and permissions.
- Possess basic knowledge of routers, switches, and firewall equipment; assist network personnel in troubleshooting wired and wireless network issues in offices or retail stores.
- Conduct routine inspections of office IT environments (such as server rooms, meeting rooms, etc.).
- Responsible for optimizing IT business processes and drafting relevant process manuals and documentation.
Job Requirements :
Over 3 years of experience in IT desktop support, with an associate degree or above.Proficient in mainstream operating systems, common office software, and peripherals installation, configuration, and troubleshooting; familiar with the entire Windows OS family, server and product architecture, and Linux operating systems.Basic knowledge of servers and networking; familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.Ability to independently analyze and resolve problems quickly and effectively in a work environment.Strong communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and customer service.Proficiency in English and Mandarin.Job Type : Full-time
