The Group supports luxury retail, online commerce, consumer marketing & analytics, and supply chain management with a diverse team across 15 markets.
Role Purpose
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial & independent, possesses the ability to think strategically and analytically, and is personable.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPIs
- Manage brand A&P and P&L to maximize brand investments & ROI
- Collaborate with demand planning on forecasting future launches and monthly business needs
- Plan and execute commercial business plans with Brand Manager
- Work with marketing to develop integrated plans from product launches to promotions to grow brands
- Develop e-commerce strategies to increase brand engagement and sales
- Develop, drive and execute brand merchandising guidelines across retail channels
- Lead the brand with cross-functional teams from sales, marketing, finance, and operations
- Work with trade partners to ensure brand exposure and mechanics are consistently managed and well presented
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in marketing or related business with at least 5 years in a reputable FMCG company or in retail managing a brandExperience managing skincare / fragrance brand is an added advantageStrategic mindset, analytical, and insights-drivenStrong communication & interpersonal skills, bi-lingual (English & Bahasa)Team player with leadership qualitiesIndependent & innovative, multi-tasking and good time management skillsGo-getter with a track record of delivering resultsProficient in Microsoft ExcelRequirements
