Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Live Host to join our team at Delira Abaya, a leading Muslim fashion retailer. As a Live Host, you will be responsible for hosting live-streamed sessions that showcase our latest collections and provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This exciting full-time role is based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

What you'll be doing

Hosting engaging and informative live-streamed sessions to showcase our latest Muslim fashion collections
Providing excellent customer service and guiding customers through the purchasing process during live sessions
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content and scripts for live-streamed sessions
Monitoring and responding to customer comments and questions in real-time during live sessions
Providing feedback to the product and merchandising teams to enhance the customer experience
Maintaining a professional and positive attitude to represent the Delira Abaya brand

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences in a live-streaming environment

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience

Familiarity with Muslim fashion trends and a deep understanding of our target customer base

Experience in live-streaming or video content creation, with a natural on-camera presence

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken

A team player with the ability to collaborate with various departments
