Children Trainer

We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and committed Children Trainer to support children with behavioral, emotional, or developmental challenges. You will work closely with children, families, and professionals to implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's needs.

This is a hands-on role that requires patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping children thrive in a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized Lesson plans
• Use techniques grounded in behavioral methods.
• Track and document behavioral data and progress notes weekly.
• Assist in developing social, communication, and self-help skills.
• Collaborate with supervisors and families to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Support children in various settings (classroom, ouuting, playground, etc.).
• Ensure a safe, structured, and encouraging environment at all times.
