THE ROLE
We are seeking an engaging and personable individual who can bring the English language to life across our office and virtual meetings. This role combines elements of communication, coordination, and cultural coaching to enhance interaction and understanding within our multinational workplace. The role does not include finance-related tasks, procurement, or purchase order processing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Live-in Language Coach
Engage actively across the workplace such as join informal coffee chats and project discussions to promote a dynamic English-speaking environment. Encourage colleagues to communicate with confidence by transforming “I’m afraid to speak” into “Let me try,” providing constructive, real-time feedback and recognizing every small achievement along the way.
Writing & Content Polisher
Refine and edit emails, reports, presentations, and social media content to ensure language that is natural, concise, and aligned with the company’s tone and brand identity. Deliver high-quality revisions within a 24-hour turnaround for urgent proposals and communications.
Protocol & Guest Liaison
Manage the complete welcome experience for overseas visitors, including airport transfer coordination, bilingual itinerary preparation, factory tours, and cultural briefings to ensuring guests feel valued and employees feel confident in hosting international partners.
Multicultural Bridge-Builder
Develop and publish a quarterly “Global Snapshot” featuring cultural highlights such as holidays, customs, and conversation topics, to be shared across the company intranet. Organize monthly “International Day” pop-up events celebrating global diversity through food, music, and attire, fostering cross-cultural appreciation and connection among employees.
Office Coordination
Maintain meeting-room schedules, visitor access, and digital filing systems with precision and efficiency, enabling the team to concentrate on innovation and collaboration rather than administrative logistics.
