Responsibilities

The SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert is expected to have a deep understanding of and is responsible for providing expertise in multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, primarily in EC / EC Time / ONB / Compensation Planning / SCDP / PMGM / LMS / WFA (min of at least 3 module experience needed). He / she is responsible with the analysis, design and implementation of SAP solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple full life cycle SAP implementations, experience in Application Management Service support as well as a deep understanding of the SAP technology. They will be assigned to deliver tangible, sustainable, effective and quality SAP SuccessFactors-related business solutions for new implementations, ongoing customer support and implementation of additional functionality, with experience in integration into other modules.

Qualifications & Certifications

Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience

– EC / ONB / Compensation Planning / SCDP / PMGM / LMS(min of at least 3 module experience needed) including configuration of provisioning.

– Sound industry experience of 8-10 years with at least 5 or more end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations in multiple modules.

– Good business knowledge in various HR processes and Compensation management processes
