Job description

Quality Planning : Responsible to develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures specific to PCBA production.

Process Monitoring : Responsible to monitor production lines, conducting regular inspections, ensuring that all processes are followed correctly.

Root Cause Analysis : Responsible to lead cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Documentation and Reporting : Responsible to maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities, including inspection results, test data, and non-conformance reports. Prepare reports for management and stakeholders to communicate quality metrics and improvement initiatives.

Supplier Quality Management : Evaluate and monitor the quality of components and materials supplied by vendors. This includes conducting supplier audits and collaborating with suppliers to resolve quality issues.

Training and Development : Provide training to production staff on quality standards and methods, inspection techniques, and best practices to ensure that everyone is aligned with quality objectives & IPC Requirements.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure PCBA production processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as IPC standards, ISO certifications, and any customer-specific requirements.

Product & Material Introduction (Quality) : Responsible to ensure new or transfer product & material successfully implemented to series release in a timely manner.
