Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales & Inventory Assistant to support our sales team and ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing customer records, preparing sales documentation, and providing customer service support. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to help achieve business targets and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, processing orders, and tracking shipments.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records.
- Coordinate communication between sales, logistics, and finance departments.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent service.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure product information is up to date.
- Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Handling Receiving and packing for order delivery.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales department.
Qualifications and Skills :
Proven experience as a Sales Admin Assitant, Sales Support, or similar role.Proficient in MS Office.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer :
