We are a leading law firm in Malaysia with strong expertise across diverse practice areas. To support our growth, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing & Business Development Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing : Plan, coordinate, and execute both digital (e.g., social media) and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Develop content for social media, website (WordPress), brochures, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage Google Ads, SEO, and digital performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and market trends.
  • Track and prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Assistant to Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and partners.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
  • Attend networking events when required.
  • Organize and attend networking events when required.
  • General / Cross-Functional : Assist in editorial projects by supporting delegated tasks.
  • Provide input to strategy discussions with the Head of BD / Marketing.
  • Ensure timely reporting and communication with management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations) to support business initiatives.
  • Uphold the company’s brand image and professionalism in all dealings.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum one (1) year experience in ANY ONE of the following fields : marketing, business administration, public relations, event management, law, editorial, or copywriting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in writing in Chinese will be an added advantage.
