FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and staff claims accurately and on time.
• Prepare payment voucher and maintain proper supporting documentation.
• Maintain and update AP ageing report and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconcile balances where necessary.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other departments for AP related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and internal controls.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Assist in process improvements and system enhancement projects.
