Key Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition – Proactively expand the client base by identifying and converting high‑potential prospects through strategic networking, targeted outreach, event participation, collaborative partnerships, and consultative selling techniques.
- Investment Product Sales & Distribution – Market and distribute Crewstone’s suite of investment products and solutions to a broad base of clients and investors by leveraging personal networks, referrals, and strategic outreach initiatives.
- Financial Planning & Advisory – Deliver tailored investment advice and comprehensive wealth solutions that align with each client’s financial objectives, risk profile, and investment preferences.
- Client Relationship Management – Build, maintain, and deepen trusted relationships with a diverse clientele including high‑net‑worth individuals, business owners, and institutional investors to ensure long‑term engagement and portfolio growth.
- Deal Origination – Source and introduce high‑quality investment opportunities or capital partnerships that align with Crewstone’s strategic focus, including proprietary deals, co‑investments, and private placement projects.
Requirements
A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or private banking.Proven sales track record in managing and growing portfolios of HNWIs, family offices, or institutional investors.Demonstrated hunter mentality with a strong ability to source, engage, and close new clients and investment opportunities.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios effectively.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment while maintaining high levels of professionalism.Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level.
