Job Description

Lead and manage the cybersecurity team to ensure the implementation of best practices.

Develop and maintain a robust cybersecurity strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Monitor and respond to security incidents effectively, minimizing risks and disruptions.

Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into ongoing projects.

Stay updated on emerging threats and technologies to strengthen the organization's defenses.

Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their technical skills.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company security policies.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Cybersecurity Team Lead Should Have

A strong educational background in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field.

Proven expertise in managing and implementing cybersecurity frameworks.

Experience in leading teams and fostering collaboration within the technology department.

Proficiency in tools and technologies related to cybersecurity, such as firewalls, IDS / IPS, and SIEM.

A solid understanding of industrial / manufacturing sector-specific security challenges.

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly regarded.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
