Responsibilities
Campaign / Marketing Management – Strategize, plan and implement the campaign based on the focus product, in line with Bank’s Annual Business Plan.
Campaign / Marketing Promotions – To plan and strategize promotional execution via various touch points to ensure the message reaches the targeted audience.
Marketing material preparation - Ensure the adequacy of product flyers, bunting & banner to assist in boosting sales confidence among the sales personnel through all communication channels.
Market & competitor analysis - Analyzing on competitor’s strategy & developing a great strategy or solutions related with Marketing to stay ahead of the competition for deposit product to counter the offering form the competitor in banking industry.
Campaign / Marketing performance monitoring - To monitor on performance of current campaign & promotion by tracking / monitoring / reporting template, calculator & any template activities driven to ensure the impact on the campaign / initiatives implemented by the team can be measured for the Management reporting.
Campaign / Marketing fulfillment – Ensure the campaign / marketing fulfillment activities related with the campaign / marketing implementation such as procurement process, winner selection, prize giving etc to be done in timely manner.
Creating awareness among the community on the financial services provided by the bank to assist in obtaining the financial capabilities to achieve the bank’s goal.
Development of comprehensive marketing plan and activities related with the consumer banking product and services.
Ensuring all operation matters related with the marketing plan implementation to be resolved within the timeline.
