Job description

An industry-leading Web3 entertainment brand is expanding into iGaming and seeking a dynamic VIP Manager to elevate the experience for its most valuable players. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with high-value players, delivering personalized incentives and exceptional service.
  • Identify and onboard emerging VIPs using data insights, segmentation strategies, and targeted outreach.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and operational teams to design tailored promotions, exclusive events, and memorable player experiences.
  • Monitor player activity and trends to anticipate needs, mitigate churn, and drive retention and engagement.
  • Serve as the advocate for VIP players internally, coordinating with support, payments, risk, and compliance to ensure seamless service.
  • Organize and attend VIP hospitality activations, tournaments, and both digital and in-person events.
  • Track key metrics — including retention, NGR, engagement, and satisfaction — and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in VIP management, player relations, or account management in iGaming, casino, sportsbook, luxury hospitality, or similar high-value customer environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with premium players while driving loyalty and revenue growth.
  • Solid understanding of iGaming player behavior, operational workflows, and responsible gaming standards.
  • Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal presence and ability to engage diverse VIP personalities.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and analytics tools to evaluate player segments and campaign effectiveness.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and resourceful mindset — able to work autonomously while managing cross-functional relationships.
  • Passion for gaming, entertainment, digital culture, and delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
