Assistant Manager - HR and Operation @ AskHeadHunter | HR functions, internal recruitment
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements
- Conducting comprehensive audits and reviews of financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Analysing financial data, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing insightful recommendations to clients
- Preparing audit reports, understands and responds timely to auditing and reporting issues.
- Prepares reliable and accurate work papers in a precise, concise and logical manner.
- Review the financial statements prepared by client.
- Understands the engagement completion and the review processes. Interact with the audit client’s business in order to collect all the necessary data / information
- Deliver work on time as per timeline.
- Works effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related field with 2-3 years of experience in external auditing, preferably within a reputable audit firmKnowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and regulatory requirementsProficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProfessional accounting certifications (ACCA, CPA, MIA or equivalent) - Good-to-haveExperience with diverse client portfolios across various industriesSeniority level : Mid-Senior level
