Field Application Engineer – Industrial Automation

Delta Electronics, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We are seeking a Field Application Engineer to support our Industrial Automation products and partners in Malaysia. The role works closely with regional sales and SEA FAE teams to address customer technical inquiries and provide product support.

Responsibilities

Support sales team, key account customers, and channel partners.
Provide introduction and training to channel partners for IA products / solutions.
Assist channel partners with application of all IA products / solutions.
Report periodically to the Field Application Team on status and potential issues.
Conduct benchmarking analysis for IA products / solutions when required.
Report technology and feature trends related to IA products / solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience as Automation Engineer with electrical background.

Experience in Motion, PLC, Robotics, VFD, and SCADA is a plus.

Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
