Job Summary : The Office Admin will be responsible for despatch, bulk printing, set up and inspection of all meeting rooms and other administrative tasks as required. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient office support services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support : Assisting in office tasks such as photocopying, bulk printing, delivery and collection of office documents and distribution of incoming mail.
- Assisting Staff : Providing support to staff for various tasks as required, including setting up meeting rooms.
- Miscellaneous Duties : Performing other related duties as assigned by the SEA Operations Services Director.
Qualifications and Skills :
Basic literacy and numeracy skills.Good communication skills.Familiarity with office equipment and appliances.Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of cleanliness.Punctual, reliable, and with a strong work ethic.Must be able to lift and carry office supplies and equipment.Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.Seniority level
