Oracle Data Guard with RAC

for disaster recovery and high-availability solutions. Perform

database patching, upgrades, and security hardening

activities to maintain compliance and stability. Manage database backup, recovery, and failover strategies to ensure minimal downtime and data integrity. Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to support database-related requirements, optimize queries, and enhance performance. Develop and maintain

SOPs, documentation, and automation scripts

for database administration tasks. Provide 24x7 support for critical production environments, including performance troubleshooting and RCA for incidents. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in

Oracle RAC installation, configuration, and administration . Hands-on expertise with

Oracle Data Guard in RAC environments . Experience with

database patching, upgrades, and security hardening . Proficiency in database backup, restore, recovery strategies, and disaster recovery planning. Good understanding of Oracle ASM, RMAN, and database monitoring tools. Strong SQL and performance tuning skills. Knowledge of Linux / Unix environments for Oracle RAC deployments. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) – RAC or related certifications. Experience working in large-scale, mission-critical environments with 24x7 support. Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (Shell, Python, Ansible).
