About the role

This full-time Account Executive role at CAPITAL TEMASEK SDN. BHD. in Batu Pahat Johor offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing accounting team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality bookkeeping and accounting support to the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Experience in full-set account. Knowledge of UBS System. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including processing invoices, expenses, and payroll
  • Preparing monthly financial statements and reports
  • Reconciling bank accounts and other financial accounts
  • Assisting with tax preparation and filing
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field
  • 3 years & above of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
