Security Supervisor

1) Enforce security policies to ensure safe environment of visitors and staffs.

2) Monitor all the security guards.

3) Make sure that all security and safety equipment for e.g. CCTV & others equipment are in good working order.

4) Secure and safeguard company properties and assets.

5) To ensure all guards are properly trained.

6) To ensure that the mall is properly secured after operation hours.

7) Reporting all serious faults especially system breakdown to the Security Manager immediately.

8) Act upon all customers' comments / complaints in a prompt and friendly manner.

9) Ensures that all guards always stay alert and beware of suspicious visitors especially pickpockets, snatch thieves, vandalism, etc.

10) To ensure that there are routines in place to prevent fire in all areas

11) Checking all fire-fighting equipment to be in a good condition.

12) To work closely with the maintenance especially on leaking issues, power failure, emergency and so on.

13) To ensure all duty posts are filled with guards accordingly as per duty roster.

14) Conduct Daily briefings and guard's appearances.

15) To report to Security Manager on Security and Safety matters on daily basis.

16) To step in the absence of Security Manager

Requirements :

1) Candidate must possess at least SPM / high school education.

2) Minimum 2 years in this position.

3) Experienced in handling minimum 20 security guards.

4) Well known in Microsoft office excel & word.

5) Has leadership quality.

6) Candidate shall be proactive, positively motivated, a good team player, have strong problem-solving skills and good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
