About Company & Role

Our client is an upcoming educational consultancy firm based in Singapore, specializing in consulting students aiming for admission to top overseas boarding schools in the US, UK, Switzerland, and other countries. They are hiring for an Senior Operations Executive lead and optimize internal operations, manage strategic projects, and enhance efficiency through research, documentation, and the use of AI tools like ChatGPT.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and improve internal operational workflows and systems
  • Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using tools like ChatGPT
  • Conduct research on international schools and education markets
  • Support strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Maintain and manipulate internal databases for operational insights
  • Coordinate with regional teams and external partners
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members

    • Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field
  • Background in engineering, analytics, or structured problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable)
  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for documentation and research
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote startup environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global time zones
