We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Senior Graphic Designers to join our team and contribute to Japan's top-tier international projects. The role involves creating world-class visual art and assets across various platforms, including mobile games, social media, advertising videos, and websites.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will utilize advanced industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other specialized software to produce high-quality digital assets. You will be responsible for ensuring that all deliverables align with the client's vision while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

(Key Responsibilities)

• Conduct in-depth research and gather references to inspire creative proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives.
• Develop detailed mockups, wireframes, and storyboards while iterating on design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Create high-quality digital design assets, including branding materials, mobile game UI, social media graphics, motion graphics, and video assets.
• Deliver innovative design layouts optimized for various digital platforms, adhering to client specifications and usability standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of creative projects from concept to delivery.
• Organize workflows efficiently and manage schedules to meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.
• Mentor junior designers by conducting training sessions on production tools and best practices.

Creative Skills

High comprehension to align the clients needs and ability to replicate them at a professional level.

A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, color theory, typography, and composition in visual design.

Technical Expertise

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools : Photoshop, Illustrator, and UI / UX design principles.

Soft Skills :

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

4 . Experience :

Adequate proposal experience for pre-production

Education :

Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
