Base pay range : MYR5,000.00 / yr - MYR10,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
- Run activity : handle and manage system alerts until resolution and process users' requests (analyze and debug)
- Participate in projects and develop, maintain, and optimize scripts and SQL databases, ensuring data integrity of reconciliation applications
- Troubleshoot infrastructure middleware components such as FTP servers and MQ messaging services and correspond with the infrastructure providers for fixes or incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in finance and technology
