Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, warm, and engaging service to guests in the assigned F&B outlet
  • Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and make recommendations where appropriate
  • Ensure all orders are served promptly and correctly, meeting the hotel’s service standards
  • Set up tables according to the required setup and maintain cleanliness of the dining area at all times
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Upsell food, beverage, and special promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue
  • Follow all hygiene, safety, and hotel policies including grooming standards and COVID-19 protocols

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; a diploma in Hospitality or related field is an added advantage
  • At least 1 year of experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment
  • Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus, allergens, and service techniques
  • Able to converse in English; additional languages are a plus
