User Support : Act as a primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance to users.
Data Management : Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of records.
Reporting & Analysis : Generate standard reports for HR and business leaders. Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data for reporting and decision-making.
Documentation : Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including system configurations, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
Project Support : Contribute to various HR projects by providing data entry, process support, and other HRIS-related activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
At least 1 year of experience in HR Services (or similar service providing organizations)
Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday
Proficiency in Mandarin language is required to support stakeholders in China market
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suites such as Excel
Well organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
