Job description

Responsibilities

  • User Support : Act as a primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance to users.
  • Data Management : Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of records.
  • Reporting & Analysis : Generate standard reports for HR and business leaders. Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data for reporting and decision-making.
  • Documentation : Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including system configurations, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
  • Project Support : Contribute to various HR projects by providing data entry, process support, and other HRIS-related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR Services (or similar service providing organizations)
  • Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday
  • Proficiency in Mandarin language is required to support stakeholders in China market
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suites such as Excel
  • Well organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
