Requirements

Minimum education is Secondary School or higher.
Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
Proven experience in site supervision, preferably in signage or construction.
Knowledge of signage installation techniques and materials.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Willing to travel and work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
Possession of own transport is an advantage.
Working Hours : Monday – Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PMSaturday : 9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate on-site installation of signage systems.

Manage daily site operations and ensure work is carried out as per project plan and timeline.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Conduct site surveys and provide technical guidance to the installation team.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Monitor materials usage and manage inventory on-site.

Prepare daily reports and progress updates for the project team.

Identify and resolve site issues or discrepancies promptly.
