Overview

What is your mission? As a UI / UX Manager, you will lead and develop a team of talented designers and be responsible for delivering intuitive and impactful user experiences across digital platforms. You will manage the full UI / UX lifecycle—from strategy and research to design execution and usability validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of UI / UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Own the entire UI / UX journey across web and mobile platforms, including planning, user research, workshops, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iterative improvements.
• Conduct or oversee design thinking workshops and usability audits to identify pain points and user needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Digital Marketing, and Branding teams to align design strategies with business goals.
• Define and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and visual excellence.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and optimize user experience.
• Set and monitor OKRs and KPIs to measure design impact and continuously improve workflows and deliverables.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines for UI / UX initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.
