Requirements
- Can speak in English.
- Bachelor's Degree preferably Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales within the HORECA or food service industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Deep understanding of HORECA operations, food service trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering personalized solutions.
- Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target HORECA establishments, identifying key decision-makers and building relationships with stakeholders.Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs and preferences, and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.Present our food products and solutions to HORECA clients, showcasing their quality, versatility, and value proposition.Customize product offerings and pricing packages to meet the specific requirements and budgets of each client.Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of sale with HORECA clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and sales collateral tailored to the HORECA sector.Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and support for HORECA clients.Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the management team.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with hospitality professionals, showcase our products, and generate leads.Provide ongoing support and assistance to HORECA clients, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.Benefits
