Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Economic, Sales, Finance, Law or equivalent. Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity. A proactive team player with strong initiative and a self-started mindset. Good communication and presentation skills.

- Assist in the administration and management of client structures in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in trust deeds and legal agreements.
- Support the execution of client instructions and requests received from the Business Development team, including but not limited to monthly distributions, trust resettlements, investments, and other related matters.
- Monitor and manage clients' assets to ensure they are handled in line with client directives and expectations.
- Liaise with internal departments and external service providers (e.g., corporate secretarial firms) to ensure the effective management and administration of client structures, including any special purpose vehicles (SPVs) involved.
- Conduct annual reviews of client structures to ensure compliance with legal documentation, internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
