Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least Diploma / Malaysian Special Skills Certificate is preferred. Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and a good team player. Technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems would be advantageous. Candidate must be able to work on a rotational shift basis, and travel to Mid Valley Megamall. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Job Responsibilities
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Carrying out monthly preventive maintenance for the ventilation and air-conditioning system such as the AHU, FCU split unit cooling towers, pumps, and control system, including cleaning and repair of the systems.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Perform other related duties and activities as required from time to time.
