Key Responsibilities : -Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages. -Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism. -Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures. -Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
