HR Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee and manage the human resources function at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent management, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning while supporting business goals and maintaining a productive and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of the plant.
• Analyze workforce trends and make data-driven decisions for manpower planning.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
• Foster a positive employee relations environment.
• Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure timely resolution.
• Liaise with labor unions and participate in negotiations and compliance.
• Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
• Guide managers on performance improvement and development plans.
• Identify training needs and roll out skill development programs.
• Drive employee engagement and career development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations, and company policies.
• Handle audits, legal inspections, and maintain necessary documentation.
• Oversee payroll processing and administration of employee benefits.
• Coordinate with finance and external vendors for timely disbursements and compliance.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and disciplinary processes.

Pay : RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
