Our client is seeking a General Manager to join their team! Lead the transformation of a dynamic ergonomic solutions company and drive growth. As a General Manager, you'll shape the strategic direction of a forward-thinking company while overseeing comprehensive business operations across multiple sales channels. Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives, setting and managing annual and quarterly sales targets across various channels.
  • Business Expansion : Explore and establish new sales avenues including market expansion, strategic partnerships, and innovative product offerings while analyzing market trends.
  • Channel Development : Create and manage multiple revenue-generating sales channels to maximize market reach and drive business growth.
  • Client Excellence : Oversee client acquisition strategies and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional customer service and long-term partnerships.
  • Team Leadership : Recruit, lead, and develop high-performing teams through guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Optimization : Assess and streamline internal processes to enhance business efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
  • Financial Management : Manage profit and loss statements, allocate budgets effectively, and monitor financial performance to ensure cost efficiency and growth targets.
  • Performance Analytics : Develop comprehensive KPIs, provide regular sales performance reports, and utilize data-driven insights to adjust strategies for optimal results.

Qualifications

  • Educational Foundation : Bachelor 0s degree in a relevant field, with Master 0s degree or MBA preferred to provide advanced strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Leadership Experience : 8-10 years of proven leadership experience in sales, business development, or general management, preferably in related industries.
  • Sales Excellence : Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets across multiple channels with demonstrated success.
  • Strategic Expertise : Demonstrated experience in developing and executing comprehensive business growth strategies that drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Financial Acumen : Solid knowledge of sales operations, budgeting, and P&L management with ability to make data-driven financial decisions.
  • People Development : Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Communication Excellence : Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
  • Adaptability : Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities and driving organizational change.
  • Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics platforms to optimize operations and performance tracking.
  • Language Skills : Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for effective communication with diverse stakeholders and international business operations.
  • Industry Advantage : Experience in office furniture or ergonomic solutions industry will be a strong added advantage for immediate impact and industry expertise.
