Job description
Responsibility
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job advertisement, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer issuance, and onboarding coordination.
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company's culture, policies, and procedures
Facilitate mentorship or buddy programs to assist new employees in adapting smoothly to the workplace.
Mediate employee issues professionally and confidentially, including attending Labour Office proceedings if necessary.
Conduct structured exit interviews, compile feedback, and report findings for management review.
Manage proper offboarding procedures including retrieval of company property and completion of final documentation.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant HR experience (fresh graduates with strong internship background may be considered).
Basic knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955, IR Act 1967, EPF, SOCSO, and HR best practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good interpersonal skills, able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented and accurate in handling HR documentation
