Job Title : Team lead - (Mandarin Speaker preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Training - Design and implement training and knowledge sharing sessions for new hires, re-training, process improvement and updates
  • New Hire - Act as a buddy for new hires and provide mentor support to new hires
  • Documentation - Create, update and modify training documents and deploy on floor with TAT
  • Quick Learning - Understand policy updates and deploy on floor within TAT
  • Client Communication - Regular discussion with client’s Training Team and Whats New Sessions
  • Performance - Prepare user cases and conduct refreshers effectively within stipulated time
  • Coordination - Maintain sync between QC and Trainers
  • Certification & Assessment - Conduct KC, certification as per client guidelines
  • Projects - Participate in special projects / recruiting initiatives; assess best practices in research techniques and manage individual projects; act as a guide to drive
  • Research - Conduct project research and be a point of contact for operational updates
  • Certification - Training certification is a plus

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training role
  • Good communication, coaching, presentation & public speaking skills
  • Strong documentation skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office
  • Good facilitation, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle pressure and be flexible with shifts
  • The team is currently working from home, but may be required to return to office (KL Sentral) in the future
  • Nice to have additional language proficiency in Thai
